tl;dr - I'm going to try to make some new pieces, real stuff, not crappy wallpapers.



Finals, all-nighters and photoshop... OH MY!  Welcome back GK, oh why thank you everyone!  It's been awhile since I did something productive.  I mean really productive.  .o2designz died (about time, wasn't going anywhere money wise except the way that drains my pocket).  Also, let's face it, what good are signatures anyways?

I think I stopped doing graphic design because of two reasons... the first being college.  Bioengineering is a bitch.  A lot of work in fact.  The second reason is that I realized I never really did shit that was worthwhile.  Wallpapers?  Cool, useful, not really art the way I was doing them.  Start icons?  Cool, you can make a 50x50 bmp image.  Brush packs?  Well those were successful and useful I suppose, same with that youtube tutorial on cutting in photoshop I did awhile back (the one with the deafening mic issues).



So yeah, long story short, I'm moving into an apartment this summer, starting to do some paid research (cool stuff) and will hopefully have free time to do more work.  Like the vector I just did.




To anyone who made it this far, you should probably find something better to do with your time because I'm not really that interesting, but I appreciate your time, honestly I do.  It's flattering.

Long time no talk or submissions for that matter... sorry it has been awhile.  I'm at the University of Pittsburgh for Bioengineering and it is kicking my but time wise.  I'd like to let you in some changes in .o2designz !

Wow... 4000+ page views.  Thank you everyone who has 'd and downloaded my works.  I'm hitting another busy stretch in my schedule, but this is a very short one.  Hopefully I'll have another brush pack out (looking into splatter brushes) within the next few months.  Also, not only is my dA doing well, but my graphics forum - www.o2designz.com - is doing extremely well, breaking into the top 100,000 in Alexa rank and raking in over 7 million hits last month!

Yeah so I hit 2000+ Page views, thanks again everyone for all the support especially in this time of low activity on my behalf.  I've been really busy but have caught a break the past week. My Brush packs are up over a combined 8000 downloads I think (could be wrong) and who knows how many views.  I hope to be back up and going in a month or two (november-december ish) sometime after my upcoming surgery in november.  Just figured I'd give anyone who cared a really poorly written journal with an update.  Thanks again!
